Upon receiving confirmation that your account has been activated, you will receive an email which contains the links to download the Desktop Application, Actiation URL, and Activation Code.

Crashplan will not run on macOS Monterey. If you are using Crashplan on Monterey, you will need to uninstall using our directions above

If your Crashplan app is automatically restarting regularly, it might be because you need to increase the amount of memory that Crashplan is allowed to use.
Please follow the guide at https://support.code42.com/CrashPlan/6/Troubleshooting/Adjust_Code42_app_settings_for_memory_usage_with_large_backups on how to increase the memory usage.

If you are unable to download the CrashPlan app from the server after login, you can find the download for your operating system at the following link under Installers for a single device
