Making Conference calls with lync phones

When you are on a call:

  • Press the Center button on the phone. The lcd display icon is a yellow triangle with an escalations sign.
  • A window list pops up where you can either use the arrow buttons to scroll through the contacts or use the number pad to enter a new number.

Making Laptop from desktop lync client

  • Click "Meet Now" from the menu
  • To add someone click "People Options" button on the top right
  • Choose the option "Invite by Name or Phone Number..."
  • Here you can should the person or begin typing the name of the lync user. If the participant isn't a lync user they you can enter their contact number
