Making Conference calls with lync phones[edit]
When you are on a call:
- Press the Center button on the phone. The lcd display icon is a yellow triangle with an escalations sign.
- A window list pops up where you can either use the arrow buttons to scroll through the contacts or use the number pad to enter a new number.
Making Laptop from desktop lync client[edit]
- Click "Meet Now" from the menu
- To add someone click "People Options" button on the top right
- Choose the option "Invite by Name or Phone Number..."
- Here you can should the person or begin typing the name of the lync user. If the participant isn't a lync user they you can enter their contact number
