Making Conference calls with Lync phones[edit]
When you are on a call:
- Press the Center button on the phone. The lcd display icon is a yellow triangle with an escalation sign.
- A window list pops up where you can either use the arrow buttons to scroll through the contacts or use the number pad to enter a new number.
Making conference calls from desktop Skype for Business client[edit]
- Click "Meet Now" from the dropdown button by the gear icon
- To add someone, click the "Invite More People" button on the bottom left
- Here you can choose the person or begin typing the name of the Lync user. If the participant isn't a Lync user, you can enter their contact number.
Schedule a Conference Call[edit]
- Use the Skype for Business Web Scheduler to schedule a conference call and invite participants.
